Description

The Gun Bunny Match is a fun event featuring three sections: first is shooting paper targets with a .22 hand gun at approx. 15 feet, second is shooting paper targets with a .22 rifle at approx. 30 feet, and third is shooting a paper target with either a .22 hand gun or .22 rifle at approx. 40 feet. These distances are subject to change. Some of the targets will require you to shoot unsupported and some supported (using a table or post to support your shooting hand) and the final section will require you to shoot prone.

The cost of the event is $20 ($15 to shoot and $5 for lunch) and an additional $25 if you are borrowing club hand guns/rifles and ammo.

You should be a member of the CPC or WKM and have obtained your PAL and R-PAL by now, but it will not be a requirement if you are excited about coming. We will work with you to help you obtain membership and PAL and R-PAL.

The match will take place at the Casino range in Trail (same location as our first annual Ghouls Night Out). Please respect the range and help set up and take down. All COVID-19 protocols are in place. Please bring your own masks and sanitizer as well. Eye and ear protection are required. Please bring your own folding chairs to sit on as we will not be gathering inside the club house. If there is inclement weather, we will provide gas heaters, a wood barrel, and pop-up canopies. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
